Cancellation & Refund Policy
Conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations/ transfer of registration:
- Cancellation ON or BEFORE 31st July 2024 : 50% Refund
- Cancellation ON or BEFORE 30th September : 25% Refund
- Cancellation AFTER 30th September 2024 : No Refund
In circumstances where the registrant requests for refund of registration fees, organizer reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the amount claimed.
